This is a FULL-time position, meaning you need to be available to make a minimum of 20-25 calls per week.

You must be a POSITIVE PERSON who has a POSITIVE outlook on changing peoples lives and helping create financial abundance
2.
You must be LOYAL and have sky-high INTEGRITY. That means being able to say NO when someone is not a good fit for the FMFT program, even if this means you are losing possible commission. Doing the right thing for our FMFT business and our clients HAS TO be MORE important to you than making a sale.

You must be looking for a LONG-term commitment, working with and for me. If you are trying to fill your time in between gigs, or while building your own business, DO NOT apply!

You must be LIKABLE and AUTHENTIC and at the same time be able to challenge people in a postive manner. Do people like you without you trying too hard? Can you be yourself easily and be convincing at the same time? (You CANNOT be pushy. If so, please don't apply.)
5.
You must speak GREAT English (no parasites in your vocabulary!), as my clients are highly educated people

You must be METHODICAL - if you don't like routine, and you don't like details, this is NOT the position for you. You will be doing the SAME THING every day. Each call presents its own challenges, but you must be comfortable sticking to the ROUTINE and STRUCTURE.

You must be COACHABLE. If you think you're ALREADY a superstar and don’t know how to take constructive critique, this is NOT a position for you. So, if you're not open to GROWTH, DO NOT apply.
This is a lucrative, COMMISSION ONLY position in which the ceiling is the limit however we expect you to be earning 10 - 20k+ pm. If this doesn’t work for you, please don’t apply.
This position will provide WARM leads (no cold calling!), so, each person you speak with will WANT to be on the call.
However, it would be best if you also were resourceful, creating opportunities and leads on your own--this will translate to earning even a higher commission.
